Our aim is to provide legal services without the "sticker shock" that can accompany legal fees.
It means being transparent about our fees from the get-go, so you walk in (or Zoom in) knowing what to expect.
It also means we tell you at the outset if your matter is so complex that additional fees will be required. This typically applies to less than 5% of clients.
So, a sampling of our fees:
Single Person: Will and Powers of Attorney: $500 plus HST
Couple: Wills and Powers of Attorney: $950 plus HST
Business Owner: Dual Will and Powers of Attorney: $950 plus HST
Probate Application (and providing estate distribution guidance): $9000 plus HST
