It means being clear, from the get-go, about our fees. That way, you walk in (or Zoom in) knowing what to expect.
It also means we tell you at the outset if your matter is so complex that additional fees will be required. This typically applies to less than 5% of clients.

Incorporation and Minute Book Creation: One or Two Owners: $800 plus HST
Incorporation and Minute Book Creation: Three or More Owners (no Shareholders Agreement): $1200 plus HST
Incorporation & Minute Book Creation: Three or More Owners (plus Shareholders Agreement: $2000 plus HST
